The Polar Force Hydrotherapy pool is 14 feet
in diameter
and 4 foot deep, a recently fitted resting bay
has been installed to allow the dog to rest in
between swims. The pool is partly sunk into the
ground and heated. The
pool
has several different programmes with jets or without
depending on the needs of the dog. The pool is filtered
by a sand filter large enough for a normal swimming
pool and chlorinated. This method has been used in
the states very successfully for many years. Our
dogs regulary swim in our pool and won 7 out of 10
classes at Crufts in 2003 proving that chlorine has
no affect on the condition of the coats.
Visits are very welcome and we will always pop
one of our dogs into the pool for you to view how
we work. Appointments are necessary as some of
our clients are very poorly and need the peace
and quite on their visit.
